1. General Terms
Agreement required upon enrollment or service use. Applies universally to all users. Academy reserves modification rights — updated versions will be posted online.
2. Enrollments and Payments
Course costs require full payment or installment completion before material access. Payments are nonrefundable unless refund policy explicitly permits otherwise. Late installments risk service suspension.
3. Course Materials & IP
Study resources belong to the academy. Users may access materials exclusively for personal study. Sharing, copying, or distributing is forbidden.
4. Code of Conduct
Students must demonstrate respect toward faculty, staff, and classmates. Disruptive conduct results in expulsion without compensation.
5. Attendance & Participation
Class attendance is mandatory. Mock tests, assignments, and evaluations require participation for progress assessment.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Paid fees remain nonrefundable unless written exceptions exist. Medical emergencies may qualify for partial refunds at institutional discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
The academy cannot guarantee exam success; individual effort determines outcomes.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data usage follows the privacy policy. Information stays confidential except when legally required.
9. Use of Online Platform
Online access requires individual login credentials only. Credential sharing violates terms.
10. Termination of Services
Academy may revoke access for term violations. Service termination does not eliminate financial obligations.
11. Dispute Resolution
Bengaluru courts have jurisdiction over disputes. Amicable resolution precedes legal action.
